OUR NEW CAR/SANTA'S OLD CAR!

Last night we where at a Christmas party it was weird, the game they where playing was one of the 4 groups when the music stopped. You had to run to one and the guy would pick out his favourt person and they would win. Conor and I stole Santa's car I am chasing Conor who is on the back of the car.

Fort Aguada

We went to an old fort called Fort Aguada, it was built in 1612 when the Portugese occupied Goa.

Diwali

Diwali is the festival of light where people make giant paper mache statues then burn them. The statues are of an evil demon king who was killed by a god and burned.

Blacky

This is Blacky she is a stray dog who has taken a liking to us. She comes into our house every night, and sleeps on the pillow we put out the front for her. She had 5 puppies, but someone stole them. Blacky is a very nice dog, she knows how to sit and lie down but not much else.

A cute Gecko that I saw at the Marriott Hotel Goa. It was on the roof, on the same day Mum and I saw a snake as we walked back to our room after swimming.

First day in the New house

The new house is kind of weird because it has a strange smell and the hot water doesn't work. I have my own bedroom with an en suite. There is a swimming pool outside, and a ping pong table. Mum and I played ping pong and went swimming.

The beach smelt unbearable, the people harassed us, and a man had two monkeys on a rope and wanted us to pay to see them dance.

Ten mins in the sun and I need to get a 5 star fix. I can recommend the 'Orange Sunset', but not the toasted sandwiches. The Taj is the best hotel in Mumbai, but we only snacked there.

Bread!!

On The Way!

We left home at 6am on Friday 7/10/11. On the flight from Sydney to Hong Kong I played a lot of DS, and watched 3 movies and lots of Simpson's episodes. The food they served was not very nice so they gave me some bread rolls. The trip from Hong Kong was boring and I slept. We arrived in India at 1am Saturday morning.

6 days

We have 6 days to go and I don't think that I want to go to India!

I've has two needles, drank some cholera medicine and had 1 out of 3 typhoid tablets in the two last days.

My next post will be from India, or Hong Kong as I have a 3 hour wait there.

First Post

Hi this is my first post. I hope you like my blog. This blog will keep us in touch. I will start to detail my adventures, and preparation for India. I will like to share my experiences while I'm in India, and hopefully other countries.
